Dan Deacon is better than Hitler

Last night we went to see Dan Deacon play at Sala Rosa, in Montreal. All photos by Andreas Sundgren, as I was bright enough to bring my cam but no memory card... yay!


Definitly the best show I've been to in years. It was so much fun my cheeks were hurting afterwards from smiling like an idiot all night.


Everything about this man is genius. His looks, his clothes, the music, the show, everything is just so fucking perfect! Standing on the dance floor, with his back to the audience, telling people to get up on stage if they want to see better, he controls the crowd completly...


...turs the show into a mass psychosis, getting us to do anything he wants.


And he wants us to form a square and have a dance off...


And later to form a gauntlet and for everyone to run through...


It was like a drunken birthday bash for a 5 year old. Pure genius!
